How It Works
One connection you set up once.
Step 1 — Give us a web address. In Settings, paste the address your system listens on (it has to be secure — it starts with https). You get a private key, shown once.
Step 2 — We send each lead there. The instant a lead comes in, Janus sends their details to your address — name, phone, email, what they asked for, when. It's signed with your key, so your system knows it's really from Janus and not someone pretending.
Step 3 — Your system takes it from there. No checking in, no scheduled imports. The lead lands where you need it, live.
You choose what gets sent: every lead, only the hot and warm ones, or only deals you've marked Won. Change it any time.
If your system misses one, we don't give up.
We keep trying. If your address doesn't answer, Janus retries on its own for several hours before giving up — and if it still can't get through, it emails you. The lead is always safe in Janus either way.
You can test it. A "Send test event" button fires a sample lead at your address right now and shows you exactly what came back — so your developer can wire it up without waiting on a real customer.
You can see every attempt. Settings shows a live list: what was sent, whether it landed, and what your system replied.
You can change the key without downtime. Roll your signing key and the old one keeps working for 24 hours — no scramble to update everything at once.
